At Torb, we have the formula that can help you in this very complicated task of working from the inside of a company. We propose a series of activities that can go from a morning to a weekend in which we will put your team in situations that will force them to collaborate, get to know each other and, most importantly, connect with each other. Having a good relationship with colleagues not only helps improve our well-being in the workplace but also exponentially increases the efficiency and effectiveness of our work.

And how will we do it?

Well, first of all, far from their workplace, the sessions will always be in the mountains, nature is what reconnects us with our inner self, therefore, there is no other possible scenario for some people to connect with others. We will make them do activities that make them make an effort, that require the collaboration of their colleagues and above all that are fun, because after all, one of the most important points is that they discover in their office colleague a new person with whom they want to spend their time.

Orientation

We prepare a circuit in unmarked terrain where participants will have to move with the help of a map and a compass, without electronic means. During the circuit they will encounter tests that will force them to work as a team, dilemmas or even betray a partner.

Trekking

A relaxed route with everything planned, a fun day where you can connect with each other. As mountain lovers, we believe that sharing adventures creates a different bond with our hiking companion, a space where we can get to know each other more intimately, a space for secrets and confessions, a space where you can create synergies between your employees and colleagues.

Via Ferrata

We often find ourselves when emotions surface. We will put participants in some uncomfortable situation where they can feel adrenaline, fear, but above all an activity in which they will surpass themselves, helping each other. Always with safety and control by our team.

TEAM COACH. “THE ICING ON THE CAKE”

To complement the activity, we propose having a psychology professional on the team, who, in addition to helping us plan the most appropriate tests for the intended purpose, will carry out an analysis of the course of the activities, with a final "Feedback" so that the activity, apart from being fun, is educational and the participants draw conclusions and self-knowledge.
